Introduction
Welcome to PreMO, a free digital health app that uses a data-driven approach to support you {the optometrists ("Users", "you")}, your patients, and their parents and carers through the myopia management journey, including the crucial period before myopia manifests. It provides you with rapid evidence-based risk stratification and management guidance for childhood myopia. The PreMO Mobile Application ("App", "our service") is owned and operated by Wolffsohn Research, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By registering as a user and utilising the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). It is strongly recommended to peruse these Terms carefully before initiating use of the App.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilising the PreMO App, you signify unequivocal acceptance of these Terms. Should you find yourself in disagreement with any provision contained herein, you are advised to discontinue use of the App forthwith.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms at our discretion. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted on this platform. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms; continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such modifications.

User Obligations
As a licensed healthcare provider, you bear the responsibility of employing the App in strict adherence to all relevant and applicable laws and professional guidelines, including, but not limited to, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), patient confidentiality norms, and medical ethics.

Data Protection and Privacy
Our commitment to data protection is outlined in our comprehensive Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. These policies elaborate on how we manage, store, and use the data collected.

Access and Security
Access to our App is permitted only to registered, authorised users. You shall be solely responsible for safeguarding the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. PreMO employs advanced security protocols and encryption methodologies to ensure the highest level of protection for your data and that of your patients.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality within the App are the exclusive property of Wolffsohn Research Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign jurisdictions.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, PreMO, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or connected to the use or performance of the App.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PreMO and its affiliated companies against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be adjudicated exclusively in the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
