MyDryEye Deletion Policy

At MyDryEye (Wolffsohn Research Ltd.), we value your privacy and understand that you may wish to delete your account and associated data. To ensure a smooth and efficient deletion process, please follow the steps below to request the removal of your account and data:

-Log in to your MyDryEye account using the app.
-Navigate to the "Settings" section of your account using the user icon on the top bar.
-Locate and click on the "Delete all your data" button.
-Confirm deletion of your data by inputting your password AND/OR leave the password blank and reauthenticate using your social sign-in.
If you do not have access to your login details or mobile app please contact "mark.nattriss@wolffsohnresearch.com". Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your identity and begin the deletion process. Please allow up to 30 days for the complete removal of your account and associated data.
What will happen?

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
-Personal information, such as your name, email address, ethnicity and date of birth
-Health data including symptom data, lifestyle data and treatment data
-Account-related information, such as your password, and user preferences
-User-generated content
-App usage data such the pages you visit
Please note that the following data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes:
-Anonymized usage data for the purpose of improving our services
