Rayner's RayTRACE platform, a key tool for calculating specifications for their advanced lens products, was becoming increasingly challenging to maintain as they expanded their product range and met growing user demands. To continue leading in innovation, they needed a more scalable and efficient solution for future growth.

We partnered with Rayner to fully rebuild and modernise RayTRACE, their manufacturing calculation software. Our team migrated the platform to a modern tech stack, improving performance and scalability. We redesigned the UX to create a more intuitive interface, and implemented advanced algorithms for precise product specifications. Additionally, we transitioned all users to the new platform with minimal disruption, ensuring enhanced functionality and accuracy in their manufacturing processes.
