The Problem: Data Integration and Reporting.
Whilst Bleubird's different software platforms had varying integrations to facilitate operational crossover between the systems, they did not have strong data connections for reporting purposes.
This meant that staff were manually updating spreadsheets for varying degrees of sales analysis, budget reporting, forward stock planning, and black spots on system integration.
The data pipeline build out, and subsequent dashboard development, automated this whole process, drastically improving efficiency and integrity of data across their platforms.
Our Role: Low-Code Automation Solution Development & System Integration
We developed a low-code solution using Google Sheets App Script to automate real-time stock updates from the POS system to the warehouse system. This seamless integration eliminated manual data entry, giving BlueBird real-time access to accurate stock levels, improving efficiency, and reducing errors in warehouse and sales operations.
